One world · three fronts

The battlefield remembers what you do.

Chrono turns time travel into a strategy system. Past, Present and Future share one world, but each layer changes what information and resources are worth.

01

Past · Legacy

Recover what history buried.

Send scouts into ancient terrain, salvage ruins and secure advantages before they become part of the present.

Memory · ruins · blueprints
02

Present · Command

Build the war you must win.

Found an HQ, expand your economy, power production chains and command the primary ground, naval and air war.

Bases · resources · combat
03

Future · Forecast

See the strike before it lands.

Probe hostile movement, reveal possible outcomes and spend temporal power to reposition forces through the Chronodrome.

Recon · prediction · travel

Every seed is a campaign

Read the map. Build the machine. Break the timeline.

Every match begins on a newly generated hex world shaped by coastlines, mountains, rivers, resources and fog of war. Establish an anchor, then turn terrain into an economy and an economy into an army.

Choose one to three AI opponents, tune the turn limit and starting resources, or save a favorite map seed for another attempt.

Generate a new timeline

Four doctrines

Choose who controls the hour.

Every faction brings its own visual language, units, structures and temporal doctrine to the same strategic sandbox.

Strategy with consequences

A complete war economy in every turn.

01

Build for the terrain

Place refineries, mines, power grids, production facilities, defenses and late-game wonders where the generated world supports them.

02

Command combined arms

Scout, infantry, armor, artillery, naval forces and aircraft each move and fight differently across the hex battlefield.

03

Control the escalation

Radar, anti-air, rockets and strategic weapons turn information, energy and rare materials into decisive pressure.

04

Rewrite the map

Temporal movement and catastrophic strikes can change the shape of the campaign instead of merely changing a score.

Chrono browser game FAQ

Can I play Chrono in a browser?

Yes. Chrono launches directly in a modern desktop browser with no installer or account required.

Is Chrono real-time or turn-based?

Chrono is turn-based strategy with the base building, unit production and combined-arms warfare of a classic RTS.

How do the three timelines work?

The Past rewards salvage and legacy plays, the Present is the main battlefield, and the Future provides reconnaissance and prediction. Build a Chronodrome to move units between them.

Does Chrono save my progress?

Yes. Chrono keeps an automatic save and your favorite procedural map seeds locally in your browser.
